Below is a graph plotted by Feyzi Akkaya (1907-2004) who was founder of STFA GROUP. This graph represents "Experience by age, gain loss curve". It is interesting that an engineer is used as a prototype and it is pretty much defining a curve an engineer is going through during their career.
